2) Scope & eligibility

These Terms govern purchases made on our website. By ordering, you confirm you are 18+ and resident in the UK (we ship to UK addresses only).

3) Products, authenticity & safety

• We sell baby products including strollers, child car seats, and accessories.
• We are an authorised retailer for leading brands (e.g., Nuna, UPPAbaby) where indicated on product pages; products are new, genuine, and sourced from authorised UK distribution.
• Car seats sold are compliant with UK regulations (showing UN-ECE R129/i-Size and/or ECE R44 approval). Always follow the manufacturer’s instructions, check vehicle and child fit, and review age/height/weight guidance.

4) Prices, taxes & promotions

• Prices are shown in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable.
• We sometimes run limited-time offers and clearance promotions. We clearly state start/end dates, stock limits, and any important conditions.
• “Was/Now” and “Save/Up to % off” claims reflect genuine reference prices and available stock. No hidden fees — the total price (including any delivery upgrades, if offered) is shown before you pay.

5) Payment (PayPal only)

• We currently accept PayPal only for all orders. You can pay using PayPal balance or eligible funding sources in your PayPal wallet.
• We do not store card details. Payments are processed securely by PayPal.
• Where PayPal enables Guest Checkout, you may be able to pay by card via PayPal without opening a PayPal account (availability is controlled by PayPal).

6) Orders & acceptance

• Your order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send a dispatch confirmation email, at which point a contract is formed.
• If an item becomes unavailable after checkout, we’ll notify you and issue a prompt refund.

7) Delivery & risk

• We aim to dispatch in 1 business day; Standard Shipping is FREE (2–4 business days) thereafter.
• Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect on arrival and report issues promptly.

8) Returns, cancellations & refunds

• Our Free 60-Day UK Returns policy applies to most items, subject to the conditions in the Return & Refund Policy.
• Your legal 14-day cooling-off right for online purchases always applies. Refunds are issued within the legal timeframes once we receive the goods back (or proof of return).

9) Faulty goods — your statutory rights

If goods are faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to repair, replacement, or refund under UK consumer law (including the 30-day short-term right to reject). We cover reasonable return costs for faulty items.

10) Warranties

11) Safety-critical items (car seats)

• Returns accepted only unused/uninstalled and complete (unless faulty).
• We are not liable for losses arising from incorrect installation or use contrary to the instructions. Please read and follow the manufacturer’s manual and any vehicle-specific guidance.

12) Misuse, fraud & fair ordering

We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, bulk/resale intent, or policy abuse. If cancelled, we will promptly refund any payment received.

13) Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the price paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Your statutory rights are not affected.

14) Intellectual property

All website content, graphics, and trademarks are owned by or licensed to AIKO BABY LTD. You may not reproduce or use them without permission.

15) Reviews & user content

By submitting reviews or content, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use and display it on our site and marketing materials. We may remove unlawful, misleading, or infringing content.

16) Force majeure

We’re not responsible for delay or failure due to events beyond our reasonable control (e.g., carrier strikes, extreme weather, system outages).

17) Governing law & complaints

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
